On Saturday 30th May, Dagmar was installed as the next Bishop of Edinburgh. It was a joyous occasion attended by some 1000 people. The singing was a wonderful example of praise to our Lord, the sermon was given by the Bishop of Norwich suggesting that Jesus’s favourite colour would be tartan and that Dagmar would be able to see the next length of plaid produced with her own golden threads woven in it. Dagmar has a wealth of experience and I’m sure will add to the rich tapestry of the Diocese.
