Accessing the Church

Holy Trinity seeks to be a church that is accessible and welcoming to all – if there is anything we can do to be more accessible, please let us know.

Parking

There is some parking in the church grounds. Further parking is available in Church Street.

Access to the Buildings

We have gentle ramps into the church where our Sunday 10:00am service takes place, and from the main church into the chancel where our Sunday 8:30am and Wednesday 10:00am services take place.

Accessible access to the Trinity Centre where we enjoy our coffee after the Sunday 10:00am service is available via the door on Tyne Close.

Hearing Loop Systems

The church and the main hall of the Trinity Centre are each fitted with a sound system with loop.

Gluten Free

We have gluten free communion wafers available for those who need them. Please ask those welcoming you to church or the person taking the service before the service begins if you need a gluten free wafer so that one can be available for you.

Dementia Friendly

Holy Trinity is working towards becoming a Dementia Friendly Church.

Toilets

There is a single toilet within the church, but this is not accessibility friendly. A feasibility study is currently underway for an extension to the church which would include a toilet block.

The toilets within the Trinity Centre are accessible.
