What a joyful evening! With the surrounding world tension that is Corona Virus the concert of the Felling Male Voice Choir was exactly what we all needed. With twelve men down they still produced a beautifully balanced sound, interspersed with two sessions of solo acts. They sang songs from WW1, from the musicals and well known classics. The audience joined in enthusiastically with the chorus of Ghost Riders in the Sky – the ‘Yippee Aye Aieee’s’ lifted the roof! A wonderful few hours made poignant by the knowledge that we were blessed to hear this concert at all – sadly, because of the Virus outbreak it may be a little while until we can enjoy such live music again.
