Christ is risen! He is risen indeed!
Holy Week 2022 was moving and wonderful week. We started off with a procession for Palm Sunday the Sunday before Easter Day. On the Wednesday of Holy Week we remembered how Judas betrayed Jesus. On Holy Thursday we celebrated Cokmmunion together commemorating when Jesus held the Last Supper with his disciples. We also washed each others hands just as Jesus washed his disciples feet. After the service many stayed behind and watched in the Garden of Gethsemane.
On Good Friday we walked with our briothers and sisters of other churches through the streets to witness Jesus’ walk to Golgotha. We had a service in the grounds of Holy Trinity. In the afternoon we held a service for the Last Hour of Jesus’ life.
On Easter Day there were three services beginning with the early Dawn Service at 6.30am which was followed by breakfast together. The main service at 10am was packed and the singing raised the roof!
